AdCompose Template Specialist
Fairfax Media, Australia€™s leading media company in print and online, is currently seeking an AdCompose Template Specialist to work with the team at our Werribee Office Office for a 12 month contract.
AdCompose is a cutting edge technology that allo ws our valued real estate clients to create advertising via the internet.
Reporting to the AdCompose Helpdesk Manager, you key focus will be to create and upload InDesign templates, assist clients over the phone, process requests and quality check advertisements in a professional and timely manner. The role may also include on-site demonstrations and training with clients.
To be successful in this role, you will be highly skilled in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. You have an eye for detail and are able to communicate well on all levels and have customer service experience.
An independent self-starter who can work well as part of a team, you must be highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a professional and positive attitude towards clients. Full system training is provided.
